CAMP 1  ·  1,800 M  ·  MEDIA MARKETPLACE

Inventory built for you —
not picked off a menu.

Camp 1 is the fuel. We cherry-pick the right inventory across key formats around your audience, objective and suitability bar — and produce the units that run inside it. You can activate it with your own team, or we can run the campaign end to end. Either way, the complexity stays with us.

Camp 1 · The Problem
Media

Most media is still hard to buy well.

Teams either spend time chasing individual publishers or accept pre-packaged inventory that was never built around their brief. Both paths create friction — one through effort, the other through compromise. That gap is where media budgets quietly underperform.

  • Publisher fragmentation. Sourcing and coordinating across multiple publishers takes time and still rarely produces a coherent buy.
  • Media off the rack. Generic inventory is built for scale and speed, not for your specific audience, objective or brand environment.
  • Suitability patched after the fact. Generic block lists and post-bid filters attempt to clean up after impressions are bought. By then, you've paid for reach you never wanted.
  • Supply and creative decided in different rooms. One partner packages the media, another produces the units, and nobody checks that the format actually suits the placement it was bought for.
  • Accountability with no address. When results disappoint, accountability is diffuse — there is rarely a clear owner who can fix it.
The Route Up · How It Works
How it works with PeaksLane

You carry the brief. We carry the pack.

Three clear steps. The heavy lifting — sourcing, selection and suitability — stays on our side.

01

Brief us

One conversation or one page: the audience you're after, what the campaign has to achieve, the markets it runs in, and where your brand-suitability bar sits. That's genuinely all we need to start. No RFP theatre, no forty-slide onboarding.

02

We select and prepare

Behind the scenes we match your brief with the right inventory across key formats. Brand safety and suitability controls are built in pre-bid — before a single dollar is spent. In parallel we produce the units that will run inside it, built to the specs of the placements they were bought for.

03

You activate — or we do

If your team operates a DSP, take the clean setup directly into your platform of choice. If you don't, our operators run and optimise the campaign end to end. Either way you keep full visibility, without having to manage the complexity yourself.

The complexity doesn't disappear — it just stops being your problem.

The Fuel · What We Produce
Production

Supply is half the fuel. The format is the other half.

The deal decides where the impression happens. What runs inside it decides whether the impression does anything. PeaksLane packages both halves in the same room, so the unit is built for the placement it was actually bought for.

  • Display

Responsive banner sets built to IAB standards and real weight budgets, so a unit renders in the slot it was bought for instead of being squeezed into it on arrival.

  • Audio

Streaming audio and podcast spots cut to each platform's specification, with companion display for the players that surface it and a mix that survives a phone speaker.

  • Video

In-stream, out-stream and CTV cuts mastered once, then resized, captioned and sound-off checked per placement — not one 16:9 file stretched across every environment.

  • Interactive ads

Units that ask for an action — playables, polls, quizzes, swipe mechanics — with the interaction itself captured as a signal, not just the click that followed it.

  • Gaming solutions

In-game and rewarded placements across mobile and PC environments, planned around the moment in play — so the ad is the price of the reward, not an interruption to it.

  • Rich media

Expandables, carousels and dynamic feeds served through the ad server you already use — no new tag ecosystem to adopt, and every interaction mapped to a metric before build.

Every unit is QA'd on the placements it will actually serve in — before the campaign goes live, not after the screenshots come back.

Three Ways to Climb
Ways of working

Advise. Build. Run.

Some teams want full campaign execution; others want an independent, expert pair of eyes on their existing media setup. Every camp on our mountain works the same three ways.

Advise

Media & supply audit — clear recommendations when you want an expert view before deciding next steps.

Build

Bespoke setup — we select and prepare the inventory, and produce the units. You decide whether to activate it yourself or hand it back to us.

Run

Always-on execution — full managed execution and ongoing optimisation.

Trail Notes · FAQ
Asked on the trail

Fair questions, straight answers.

How long does it take to get started?

Straightforward briefs can launch in a few days. Multi-market campaigns or setups with tight suitability controls take a bit longer. We give you an honest, realistic timeline once we've seen the brief.

What happens after the campaign is live?

If we are running it, we actively manage and optimise. If your team is running it, we remain available for support and adjustments. Either way, it does not become a "set and forget" exercise.

How involved do we need to be day-to-day?

You set the brief and the standards. After that, involvement is flexible — from light oversight to full hand-off. We adapt to how much control you want to keep.

Can we start with a small test?

Yes. Many clients begin with a focused campaign or limited market before expanding. We size the engagement to what makes sense at the start.

Do you produce the creative as well as the media?

Yes — production is the second half of this camp. PeaksLane builds display, video, audio, interactive, gaming and rich media units to the specification of the placements they will serve in, and checks them on those placements before launch. The deal decides where the impression happens; the format decides whether it works.

Can we take the media without the production, or the other way round?

Yes. The two are designed to work together but they are bought separately. Some clients take the packaged inventory and run their agency's existing creative inside it; others come to us only for a format their current partner cannot produce. We'll tell you which half you actually need.

The invitation

Your brief. Our mountain.

Send us the audience, the objective and your suitability bar — even in rough form. We'll come back with a clear view of what the right inventory approach looks like for your business, and an honest opinion on whether you need us at all.

We use what you send here to answer you, and — only if you tick the box above — to send you those notes. It is stored in PeaksLane's own systems, never sold and never passed to anyone else. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to admin@peakslane.com.
